Training & Competing
We believe in encouraging our swimmers to achieve their best performances, without the pressure of committing to training 8 times a week! Lots of our members pursue other sports in addition to swimming and we feel strongly that a variety of activities is beneficial for mental and physical well-being. However, our training sessions can be tough! In addition, while we take galas seriously, it’s vital to us that our team enjoys the experience of competing against other local clubs.
